NOTICE OF FILING DEADLINE FOR CANDIDATE ELECTIONS

Candidate Elections for City of Emmett, Gem County Fire Protection District #1, Gem County Fire Protection District #2, Middleton Rural Fire District, Eagle Fire Protection District, Gem County Recreation District, Ola Cemetery District, Sweet-Montour Cemetery District and Emmett School District #221 will be held Tuesday November 2, 2021.  Declarations of Candidacy for these offices must be filed with the Secretary of the District no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2021.  Declarations are available at the district offices or at the County Clerk’s Office.  Candidates must be registered voters who reside within the boundaries of the district.
